Conditions

We will accept returns on any nylon products within 20 days from delivery

(We do not accept any returns for body armor, or medical gear) 

as long as there has been no damage done to the product after shipping.

If the product was defective RVS will provide a pre-paid shipping label to the customer to return the item at no cost to them.

If there is any other reason for the return (i.e) ordered wrong item, changed mind) the customer is responsible for paying shipping and completing delivery of the returned item.

Means of Return

Refunds will only be transferred to the card used for the purchase.

For all non Defective returns the customer agrees to a %5 restocking fee deducted from the total return value.

 

Time Period on Returns

Once RVS has received the products and in the case of defective products reviewed them, the refund will be started. It can take up to 6 days for refunds to hit your account, but most see a complete transfer within 2-3 business days.

Body armor plates cannot be returned refunded or traded in for any circumstances.
